Yes, we can make personalized tungsten rings for weddings, engagements or just for friendship.
We can change opal colors, the width of a ring band, the ring design, etc.

Sizing details
Make sure that you measure your finger correctly to purchase the right size. Tungsten and ceramic rings can't be resized due to their hardness.
We always advise going to a local jeweler or store that sells rings and trying on some ring sizes with a comfort finish on the inside.
We only make half sizes (US).

Does your rings come with a warranty?
All of our rings come with a WARRANTY. If the inlay of the ring is damaged from normal wearing, we will repair/recoat it. We do ask that you pay a small fee to cover the shipping and insurance to send you the ring back.
We might ask that you send us your damaged/broken ring.
(This is only for the inlay of our rings)
Shipping to the USA is around €35 = $38 US dollars
Shipping to Remote locations is around €60 = $65 US dollars
It is at your own risk to ship the item back to us without a tracking code.
Can I add Engraving to my ring?
For engraving, we have a special listing available. Please do not use the "personalization field"!
We need that field for personal information in order to ship with DHL Express.

(After 24 hours the engraving can't be changed)
When an order has been engraved the ring is personalized and can't be exchanged. Make sure you order/know the right size.

Are our rings only for Men or also for Woman?
Our rings can be worn by men and women. The size and width can be adjusted as you wish, for the male a thicker ring and for the ladies a thinner ring. We can make the width 4mm-12mm depending on the design.
(The processing time for a different width can be different, please send us a message to ask about the possibilities)
So not only men's rings ;)
Can I Exchange my ring when it's too small/big?
We do accept exchanges.
We currently have an exchange product available. All the information can be found in the product description but if you have any questions just send us a message.

This is because we have to make a completely new ring that takes a few days in time. All our rings are handmade to order and therefore we don't have every ring fully made in stock.

Delayed rings
If a ring is delayed we will keep you informed as best as possible. Delays can happen due to customs and is beyond our power so please be patients if this happens you will get what you have payed for that's a promise.
Do we offer Free shipping? (exclusive remote locations)
We offer free shipping on all our products except for remote locations. These areas are harder to reach for our courier and they charge us 2/3 times as much for shipping then normal a small part of those extra costs is charged and the rest payed by us. You can choose for complete free shipping but it will be slow shipping 10-15 days.

Printing errors reserved
To increase workflow we copy listings and alter them. There is always a chance that we have made a typo or forgot to swap the used materials. Please if you are not sure what material it is send us a message. We don't have black tungsten so all black rings are standardly ceramic and all silver's rings are tungsten.
*if you are not satisfied with your order, the product can only be exchanged in the same size as originally ordered. If the ring needs to be another size, our exchange policy will proceed. (Unfortunately, due to abuse of our good customer service we are forced to do this)
